Jack Forestell is Visa’s Chief Product and Strategy Officer. A driving force for innovation at Visa, Jack oversees the global growth, adoption, and evolution of Visa’s products and services to meet the needs of fintechs, sellers, financial institutions, governments and consumers. In this role, he is responsible for shaping a cohesive roadmap that delivers on Visa’s bold long-term vision to empower people, businesses, and thriving economies. Jack is at the forefront of shaping Visa’s engagement with the world’s leading technology platforms, driving innovation across the digital commerce landscape. His current focus includes advancing strategic initiatives in agentic commerce — where intelligent software agents act autonomously on behalf of users and harnessing stablecoin infrastructure to modernize global money movement. With a deep understanding of client needs, Jack is helping shape the future of money movement, fuel client growth and expand economic access worldwide. Since joining Visa in 2014, Jack has served as Group President Value Added Services, Global Head of Merchant & Acquirer Solutions and Global Head of Products and Solutions. Before joining Visa, Jack spent 12 years at Capital One, where he led Capital One Digital, and before that, oversaw Capital One’s U.S. card customer portfolio. Before Capital One, Jack was a senior partner and a member of the Board of Directors at Mercer Management Consulting. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with Honors from the Ivey Business School at University of Western Ontario, Canada.
