Digital sovereignty has evolved from a legal catch-all into a critical geopolitical and business imperative. While the term lacks a single legal definition, it is frequently organized around three government policies: legal requirements to localize data, requirements to process data by national persons, and jurisdictional control. This roundtable will convene global leaders to address the growing tension between the political demand for greater local control and the technical reality of a globalized Internet.
